Refund Policy for Skill Bharat Innovation Academy (SBIA)
1.Eligibility for Refund
a) Students may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment if they are not satisfied with the course.
b) Refunds are granted only if the student has accessed less than 10% of the course material. Access beyond this limit disqualifies eligibility for a refund.
2.Request Procedure
a) All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [skillbharatia@gmail.com] with the enrollment details and reasons for withdrawal.
b) Requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
3.Non-Refundable Fees
a) Registration and processing fees are non-refundable.
b) Franchise fees are non-refundable once the franchise agreement is signed and the initial payment is made.
4.Refund Approval and Processing
a) Upon receiving a refund request, Skill Bharat Innovation Academy (SBIA) will review the eligibility and communicate the decision within 5 business days.
b) Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited through the original payment method or mutually agreed alternatives.
5.Partial Refunds and Cancellations
a) If a student withdraws after course commencement but before completing 10% of the course, a partial refund may be offered excluding registration fees.
b) No refunds will be issued once the student has completed more than 10% of the course.
6.Technical Issues and Support
a) Skill Bharat Innovation Academy (SBIA) strives to provide seamless online learning. No refunds are given due to minor technical issues which can be resolved through support.
b) Students are encouraged to contact support for any technical difficulties.
7.Changes to Refund Policy
Skill Bharat Innovation Academy (SBIA) reserves the right to modify this refund policy anytime. Changes will be updated on the website and effective immediately.
